Bespoke Design Process
A partnership from start to finish, one point of contact. Each bespoke home, we take the time to get to know our clients, listen to their vision, understand their requirements and design homes to meet their need.
1. Design
During this process, your vision is refined, together with the features you value most in your new home, the particulars of how you and your family live, and your budget.
The design and flow of your home are specifically shaped around the way you live using your vision as the source of inspiration.
2. Preparation
On approval of your deign, material selections and building services layouts, a Fixed Price Tender is prepared.
On acceptance of the Tender documents, the preparation phase launches into construction drawings and permits.
3. Build
Throughout the construction phase, you will be kept inform of the progress of your new home.
End to end delivery means the architect and builder is involved throughout your journey to ensure the high level of detail and quality standards are followed through to the end product.

Dang is a registered architect and a registered domestic builder with an extensive achievements encompassing over 20 years industry experience. Graduated at Deakins University with Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and Bachelor of Building (Hons). A lifelong passion of design, construction and development.
A proud second generation builder with a passion to deliver well designed and built homes without the complicated process that frustrates clients commonly found in a traditional new homes construction procurement model.

Daniel
Builder DB-U
Daniel was first registered as a builder in 1988. Described as an old school master-builder, he has extensive experiences in the construction of homes in Melbourne. His approach is nothing is too hard, it only takes time to resolve.
Dang came from Melbourne to Metung on a regular basis to supervise the building works. His work was meticulous, and of the highest quality.....
Dang worked in harmony with the builder, and the finished product was of top quality.
